Move Breathe Create is a 30-day habit-forming system about taking your life back. Mind, Body, and Spirit are directly connected. Their harmony is the true path to wellness and requires you making time for you. You will learn to apply the EFD philosophy and form any habit you choose. Beginning with the habit of moving, breathing, and creating daily (preferably in that order.). Creating the best version of you. You will identify goals, reverse engineer them into habits, and reinforce your vision with your “head movie”.
Each day you will have a lesson and reflection that will allow you to dive deeper into the journey. An account-ability-buddy will keep you on task with daily reporting. You will be encouraged to own your “ish” by telling your story and learning from the vulnerability of mine. In 30 days you will have a new operating system, purpose, and the courage to do you. On Purpose!
