Habits are hardwired unconscious behaviors and actions that work best when strung together. The habit of MBC is designed to help you form the habit of working on your mind, body, and spirit every day. This will lead to compounding health benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally. Here I can accept the “ish” of my past, bask in the possibilities of the present moment, and visualize an ideal future. What I am talking about is changing your mind, optimizing your health, and being the architect of your future. It’s as easy as you just being yourself and doing the things that make your spirit happy. If you open your spirit, other things will come to you.
