Head movies are creating a vision of your ideal future. Washing your brain is the habit of using MBC to get you into your ideal performance state to imprint this vision. Or as many would say to Manifest. We will discuss mindsets, science, and vision. However, it’s as simple as if you ask, you shall receive. No one is going to give you a big break. You aren't suddenly going to arrive. You have to create an ideal version of your future and wash your brain with it daily. Exercise alivens your senses and stimulates Alpha brain waves. This day dream like state is our default “idling” mode. Our stress melts away in Alpha and leaves space for “aha moments” to arise. You are in the present moment and in that magical place where you do what you feel like doing, when you feel like doing it. If this isn't reason to exercise enough, imagine when meditation is added to the equation to slow those Alpha waves down. After a good meditation or breath session, your brain waves are likely in a zen like Theta or really low Alpha. This combination is the place of dreams, creativity, and flow. Human potential is at its highest in these states. Superhuman capabilities from a performance standpoint. You want your vision not only embedded into your subconscious, but into your “super conscious” too. Now imagine if you intentionally use your heightened state to move you closer to your goals and your ideal future. If you run your head movie at this point, It becomes embedded in your mind, and things start lining up. You are able to use your past experiences to create new solutions. You feel invigorated. You are alive. You can create. When your head movies are tied to your goals, reinforced with your habits, and you deliberately use your talents to share your gifts, you are in control. Control of the present movement, moving ever closer to your destiny.
