The Joyful Journey is your life in the present moment. This is a breathwork journey with the opportunity to play.
"Play", in this journey, is to be playful, to be curious, to explore... you. Move through your body. Scan the feelings within this moment. How do you feel? What's calm? What's anxious? Where's the smooth or the rough?
This is not a space for judgement or labels. Just listen to you, the sound of your breath, your inner narrative. Listen and observe, but don't engage. Be a drop of water. Pass around the obstacle (the feeling, thought or emotion) acknowledging its presence, but moving on.
Appreciate perfectly imperfect symphony of the present.
