Day 10 Spaghetti Breath
Find Your Breath

14m
Spaghetti Breath is the first up regulation breath I introduce into a breath practice. Until now, the breath techniques focused on nasal breathing. This technique is conscious breathing through your mouth which allows more air in and out faster.
In my own breathwork practice, I use this breath to warm-up before moving into other power breaths.
The technique is simple!
The inhale you're slurping air in, like you did with spaghetti noodles as a kid.
Once you're container is completely full, you blow out the candles.
Anytime I'm leading this breath you'll hear "Slurp the spaghetti, blow out the candles."
You will feel full expansion and contraction of your lungs (your container).
This breath technique can help you increase your aerobic capacity.
Listen. Feel. Connect. Find your breath.

With that in mind, your HRV i...
