Day 19 Head Movie
Find Your Breath

What does the vision of your ideal future look like? Do you have one?
We manifest our future. We don't control it. The key to manifestation is letting go and focusing on the now. Your "head movie" informs and inspires the only you in existence, the you in the present moment.
We've talked about flow and your ideal performance state. We've mainly talked about in context to the present. Your "head movie" is setting your course and allowing your flow to propel you toward that future.
What you think you become. If we're worried about what we don't have or how we feel wronged, what do you think that course looks like?
Maybe your "head movie" isn't aligned with your current flow or it requires discomfort to get there. Safety, comfort, and drift (lack of purpose) can not only keep you from your flow, but use the previous time you have now.
My recipe for flow is liquid sunshine + ideal performance state. For my "head movie" it's simply flow + purpose.
What does your ideal "head movie" look like?
Close your eyes. Find your breath.
