The Coherent breath is path to perfect harmony. The alignment of your mind, body, and spirit.
The Coherent breath is a simple 5 second inhale, 5 second exhale. There are no holds at the top or bottom.
This technique lowers your respiratory rate to an ideal 6 breaths per minute. Think about the difference between that and the 15-20 breaths per minute a human (without training) usually takes. It's unbelievable to the change in energy when coherently breathing.
This breath is all about the heart space. This perfect breath allows you to feel your heart's energy moving throughout your body. The rhythm of the breath attunes you to the harmony of your systems. When I've performed this technique with other people, I can feel the energy I am putting off and they are sending. There is a very metaphysical nature to this breathing.
