In the back of this book I ask you a series of challenging questions and ask you to pick 5 of your issues to reflect on. If you haven’t figured it out by now, this book is basically my therapy. I hope this process frees you as much as it has for me. I settled on 6 things that have affected my mind state, personality, and performance. The simple act of writing these things out is liberating.
