Coach and author Garrett McCoy brings his book and signature program Move, Breathe, Create online with a 7 day trial. Holiday stress, parties, and travel throw people off of their routines. I want to make it easy for people to have a positive healthy influence in their life. The service hosts workouts and breath-work sessions from :10 to :60 mins in length. You are invited to form “the habit of you” by taking ten minutes a day to move, breathe, and create.
