Consistency in movement and the presence of breath is paramount in finding your ideal performance state. Your flow is your zone. Where you feel automatic, instinctive, and immersed in the task at hand. This series encourages participants to create a daily movement and breath practice. These short-movement snacks align the posture, create energy, and decrease the effects of stress.
