Your breath has the ability to calm you down, focus or charge you up. There are different breathwork techniques. This sequence is designed as a wake-up or charge and it's better than a cup of coffee. Perform in the morning or mid-day and you'll feel calm, focused, and alert in less than 10 minutes.
Sunrise is optional, but always recommended.
