“One day or day one, you decide.”
Positive change is hard. It requires the course of self-reflection. To truly look at yourself in the mirror and say that today is the day I’m going to change. That maybe, I am the one holding myself back. That the stress I am feeling will no longer be created by my decisions. I will look into my heart. What makes it beat? What makes it come alive? How can I strengthen my heart to improve my entire life? Just for today, I can escape from screen hypnosis, the negative messages others feed us, and connect. Connect to my mind, to nature, the things that ground me, the present moment, and most of all to my loved ones. For after all, I need to start with my heart to share the gifts and love I have to give. The realization that my head and my heart really shouldn't be so far apart.
When I have stillness, I have peace. When I have peace I can dream. When I can dream I can create. When I create, I can awaken my soul. Just for today. Just for right now, I can change.
Pure Habits is a 30 day habit forming system about taking your life back. Mind, Body, and Spirit are directly connected. Their harmony is the true path to wellness, and requires you making time for you. You will learn to apply the EFD philosophy and form any habit you choose. Beginning with the habit of moving, breathing, and creating daily (preferably in that order.). Creating the best version of you. You will identify goals, reverse engineer them into habits, and reinforce your vision with your “head movie”.
Each day you will have a lesson and reflection that will allow you to dive deeper into the journey. An account - ability-buddy will keep you on task with daily reporting. You will be encouraged to own your “ish” by telling your story and learning from the vulnerability of mine. In 30 days you will have a new operating system, purpose, and the courage to do you. On Purpose!
