Without proper alignment, you're getting minimal returns from workout minutes spent. Your body is disconnected because during workouts core integrity and spine alignments are compromised. When I see people ripping KBs in workouts, they're getting short term gains and sacrificing long term stability and health.
This KB stability flow works on improving the fundamentals, having a bit of fun, and challenging your body's stability, especially core integrity and spinal alignment, through different angles. This flow will challenge your mobility and strength through ideal alignment and posture. Remember, true core strength is defined by your posture!
You'll finish with one of my favorite breaths: triangle breath. After ramping up your heart rate with positive stress, this simple breathing sequence will calm your nervous system by triggering your parasympathetic response and taking out of fight or flight. After a few rounds, lengthen your exhales and holds by a few seconds.
I always recommend training in nature and the elements. So grab your KB, find some green or blue, and sunshine, and get to it!
