The Glute Lab focuses on the essentials of movement, mobility and posture: Lats, Abs, and Glutes. There is a difference between flexibility and mobility. This sequence builds your active range of motion which is different from your simple range of motion. Active range motion is your ability to move with tension.
This sequence is simple, but never easy. However, the benefits are obvious every time you perform these exercises. The different exercises and progressions allow for you to choose the best option for your current mobility level. Your mobility and performance gains can only be rivaled by your aesthetic gains.
All you need is the space of a yoga mat, a loop resistance band, and your positive mindset!
