Holiday stress, parties, and travel throw people off of their routines. I want to make it easy for people to have a positive healthy influence in their life. The service hosts workouts and breath-work sessions from :10 to :60 mins in length. You are invited to form “the habit of you” by taking ten minutes a day to move, breathe, and create.

Subscribers can not only browse the library of content, they are given a monthly plan, live streaming coaching sessions, and enrolled in the quarterly MBC challenge kicking off in January.
The book is broken into 11 chapters and will be live in the service January 1st. Participants will have 2 weeks to flow through the videos and goal setting before the 30 day challenge begins 1/16.
In the 30 day challenge participants report to their coach and “accountability-buddy” daily. The entire system is designed around healthy habit formation and a community of ascending people. Each day has brief progressive workout, breathwork lesson, and reflection question.

MBC allows members to “flow their own way”, but with the support of a plan and coaching.
The loud music, bright lights, and environment of most gyms is the opposite of what stressed out people need. Nature is paramount in our program. Many of the workouts are filmed at sunrise on the beach or in calm settings. Breath-work classes are beautiful adventures from the top of bell rock in Sedona or floating down Weikki Wachee springs help people calm their nervous systems and move towards balance.
