Each workout is 15-:20 mins in length and progressive in nature. Participants will gain skill, ability, and physical literacy every 10 episode seasons.
Kettlebells and Steel Mace forge functional patterns of iron.
Bands, Mobility, and Stability develop awareness, control, and injury prevention leading to the mind and body as fluid as water.
